Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
October 21, 2019

Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm.

In attendance: Susan Zimmer, Lu Ann Craig, Barbara Brett, Pat Henry, Tom Fisher, Mark Walker, Danny Popish.

Financial Report:
As of year-end 9/30/2019 we have $95, 915.72 in the bank.
As of 10/20/19 we have $97,830.94 in the bank and $32,853.79 in receivables due.
We had some very large water usage this past quarter.
Once again, we have a few homeowners that are past 90 days on paying their bill. Pat will contact them.
All bills are paid.

Back Flow Inspection -Update:
We have only one homeowner who still has not has their device inspected. Pat will contact them.

Weeds and thistles by the water tanks:
Barbara contacted the "Goat Guy". We need to provide him more information, but he did say that his herd can eat 1-4 acres per day. We are very interested in having him take care of the thistle problem we have by the water tanks. If we cannot make this happen this year we will pursue for next year.

No new construction to report.

Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Annual meeting will take place Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Element Hotel in Willits.
