Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Meeting
January 15, 2013

Meeting called to order @ 8:25

In attendance Barbara Brett, Scott Leslie, Jay Leavitt, Susan Zimmer
Not in attendance: Marilyn Cook, Ann Macleod, Nancy Miller, Frank Chudy

Financial Report:
a.) We have $94,652.57
b.) We have $42,830.87 in receivables.

We had a water main break in the main on Escalante. This was repaired on 12/31/12.

Architectural Issues:
a.) Jay will inspect the Oliver's home for deposit refund. IV.

Back Flow Updates:
a.) 6 homeowners have no device; and we are trying to get them to respond.
b.) 4 homeowners are still not tested, responded but not scheduled.
c.) Approximately 15 homeowner's have devices that are not adequate..

Next Meetings:
Annual meeting is scheduled for Monday Feb 25, 2013 at Eagle County Bldg.
Dinner is at 6pm at meeting is at 7pm.
We will once again raffle off a year of free dues, must be present to win.

Next meeting is at Barbara's house Feb 18 at 7pm.
