Aspen Mesa Estates Board Meeting
January 19, 2016
Meeting called to order 7:05

In attendance: Scott Leslie, Barbara Brett, Nancy Miller, Mark Walker, Marilynn Cook, LuAnn Craig and Pat Henry.

Financial Report:
We have $67,865 in the bank. We have receivables of $14,336. All bills are paid.

Annual dues are being paid. If paid by Jan 31 then you can take 10% off the bill for the annual dues. If you have paid and did not take the discount, we will issue you a credit.

We have plenty of homeowners that are 61-90 days late. Please be aware that once you hit over 90 days late, the board will send you a certified letter outlining the procedures that we will take to shut off your water. Please pay your bill


Horse Properties:
A motion was made to amend Paragraph 3 of the Reorganization and Amendment of Deed Restrictions for AME to delete the following 2 sentences':

1. (provided, however, that no such variance or consent shall be required to keep the same number of horses on any lot as was there on September 19, 1984.")

2. (Any lot owner keeping horses on his lot on September 19, 1984 shall be required to comply with the written criteria and regulations of the Architectural Control Committee governing the location of any stable and fencing, the construction plans for any stable and fencing, methods of confining such horses on the lot, and maintenance of all areas of containing such horses in a safe and sanitary condition)

A 2nd was made and all board members were in favor.

Architectural updates:
No new issues.

Annual Meeting Agenda Pat Henry and Barbara Brett are up for reelection and would like to stay on the board.

Annual Homeowners meeting is Monday February 22 at the Eagle County Bldg. We will have dinner at 6 followed by the meeting at 7:00.
