Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm.

In attendance: Barbara Brett, Mark Walker, Susan Zimmer, Pat Henry, Marilynn Cook, Scott Leslie and Lu Ann Craig.

Financial Report:
We have $98,798.48 in the bank.
Receivables due of $15,343 and payables of $845.

Back Flow Inspections:
It's that time of year again. Expect your call from Jim soon or call him at 970-274-1402 to schedule your inspection. We have 60 days to complete this process.

New Business:
No new business or new construction to report.
