Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
June 3, 2019

Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm.

In attendance: Pat Henry, Scott Leslie, Mark Walker, Barbara Brett and Susan Zimmer

Financial Report:
We have $105,210.00 in the bank.
We have receivables due of $6,975.00. We have several homeowners that are past due. Please make your account current.
We have payables due of $1,485.00

Back Flow Inspections Update:
Our inspection final due date is June 30. If you have not had Jim inspect your back-flow device, please call him at 970-274-1402 to schedule you appointment.
We will be taping notices on mailboxes and the front doors soon of those of you that have not had their devices inspected. Remember there is a fine structure in place for those people that do not have their device inspected on time.

New Construction:
No new construction to report.

Trash:
We realize that the trash service happens between 7 and 8 am on Monday morning. During the winter it was ok to put your trash out the night before. The bears have awakened and have been spotted in daylight walking down the streets.
Please do not put your trash out the night before. You don't want to be the cause of a problem for a bear that could result in the bear being in trouble.

Friendly reminder:
Any exterior changes you have planned for your home please make sure and let the board know.
