Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
July 22, 2019

Meeting called to order at 7:04 pm.

In attendance: Tom Fisher, Barbara Brett, Mark Walker, Susan Zimmer and Lu Ann Craig.

Financial Report:
We have $94,356.36 in the bank.
We have receivables due of $15,679.54.
All bills are paid to date.
There are several homeowners that have not paid the second half of their dues. At the end of this month you will start being charged penalties.

Back Flow Inspections:
For those homeowners that have not completed their back-flow inspections: As of July 1, 2019, fines will be imposed and of August 15 we will start shutting off water.

Bears:
NO TRASH OUT ON SUNDAY NIGHT.

New Construction:
Any exterior work that you have planned MUST BE approved by the board.

Other News:
On June 30, 2019 our beloved neighbor and board member Marilynn Cook passed away after a long hard-fought battle with cancer. Marilynn was a lovely lady. She always had a smile on her face that made you smile when you saw her. She never wanted to talk about herself, she was always interested in you and your family. She will be missed.
