$3,000 new construction fee.
$1500 new construction revegetation and cleanup fee
$750 remodel construction fee
$750 remodel revegetation and cleanup fee
$250 plan review fee (which is the only non-refundable fee)
All construction deposits are refundable upon construction completion and
board approval of revegetation and cleanup.
