MESA ESTATES - BOARD OF DIRECTORS MINUTES
January 24, 2012
Meeting called to order @ 7:45
In attendance Ann Macleod, Susan Zimmer, Scott Leslie, Barbara Brett, Nancy
Miller, Frank Chudy
Financial report
a.) We have $98,129.47 in the bank.
b.) We have $28,993.52 in receivables due.
Billing
a.) We are having a lot of problems with past due accounts and the collection
of this money.
b.) We have 2 homeowners that are so far past due that we have sent certified
letters stating our intent to have the water to their homes turned off if they
do not make payment.
c.) This is not something we want to happen but neither homeowner has made any
attempt to pay these amounts or contact the board.
Block Party
a.) We think it is time for another annual block party this summer.
b.) We will discuss this at the the annual meeting. Please bring your ideas.
Annual Meeting
a.) Date is set for Wednesday Feb 29, 2012 at the Eagle County Building.
b.) Dinner is at 6:00; followed by the meeting at 7:00.
c.) Dinner will be catered by the Down Valley Tavern.
d.) Raffle will be held for free dues for one lucky person. Must be present
for the drawing to win.
