MESA ESTATES - BOARD OF DIRECTORS MINUTES
December 15, 2011
Meeting called to order @ 8:06.
In attendance, Frank Chudy, Jay Leavitt, Nancy Miller, Ann MacLeod, Sue Zimmer,
Barbara Brett, Scott Leslie Anne Cook spoke to the board regarding some ongoing
problems with her water system. Jay suggests that we do a thorough, detailed
reading to establish an accurate, daily water usage. Also PRV valves will be
adjusted to allow an increase in water pressure.
Water Leak
A major water leak was located on lower Escalante and repaired Nov. 10. Last
year we determined there was a major discrepancy between the water coming from
the wells and the actual water that the homeowners were using. We believe this
is the end to that search for water leaks. This last leak was the result of
pipe corrosion. Thank you to Scott Leslie for his diligence in finding the leak,
and seeing to its repair. Scott Leslie also provided us with the current water
confidence report. And Paul Hempel is interested in meeting again regarding
source water protection. Tuesday January 24th will suffice for both the board
meeting combined with the source water meeting. Meeting will be held at 5:30
at Ann MacLeod's house. Annual meeting is being scheduled for February 29th
we are accepting bids from local caterers.
Horses
Cally Shadowshot has inquired about horses on Campisi lot #45. Horses are in
fact allowed on specified lots according to original plat map, but written approval
of adjoining neighbors is mandatory.
Financial report
a.) We have $92,246.15 in the bank.
b.) We have $7,275.66 in payables.
Website
a.) We have a new website and it looks fantastic.
b.) The board reviewed it tonight and gave additional direction and progress
will continue.
c.) We are excited and will have more to follow.
Architectural Issues
