Meeting called to order @ 7:10

In attendance Frank Chudy, Barbara Brett, Nancy Miller, Marilynn Cook, Jay Leavitt, Ann MacLeod, Susan Zimmer and Scott Leslie.

Financial Report:
We have $104,403.31 in the bank.

Yard Sale, Dumpster, and Block Party:
Annual block party has been moved to September 16. If you are interested in having a garage sale please contact Nancy Miller.

Web Site :
The minutes will be posted on the website. This is where you will find them. They will no longer be sent via e-mail.

Backflow Preventers -- Still in works:
If you have not made an appointment to have your backflow device inspected please contact Mike Josephson at 303-720-9841.

Architectural Issue:
Carolyn Workman -- Approved for siding replacement.

Garbage:
Please be mindful of your garbage in the windy weather.
We are contacting MRI to get a holiday schedule and will post it on the website.
