Meeting called to order @ 7:09

In attendance: Nancy Miller, Susan Zimmer, Barbara Brett, Frank Chudy, Ann Macloed, Scott Leslie

Financial report
a.) Total money in the bank $116,247.51
b.) Accounts receivable $5,427.55

Water shut off Notices
The 2 homeowners that received water shut off notices have paid their bills.
Any one that is 90 days late paying will receive a warning letter stating that if we do not receive payment we will begin the process to have the water turned off to your home.
If in 10 days time the payment has not been received a certified letter will be sent informing the homeowner that the process has begun.
Anyone who is sent a certified letter will be billed an additional $30.00 to cover the time and expense of sending the letter.

Finance charges
a.) These are billed according to the postmark.
b.) If the date on the AMHA Invoice is Jan 3 you have until Feb 3, postmarked to be free of finance charges.
c.) If the postmark on the envelope is Feb 4, you are subject to finance charges and these will be billed on your next statement.

We will ask for additional suggestions at the annual board meeting this Wednesday 2/29/12
The board has passed a resolution that the website will not be used for advertising or solicitation.

Year end financial report review
Frank has made a resolution and the board has passed this resolution stating that "Income in excess of expenses will be applied toward reducing future assessments or for the purpose of financing a future years deficit."
