Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Meeting
December 3, 2012

Meeting called to order @ 7:23

In attendance: Scott Leslie, Jay Leavitt, Frank Chudy, Susan Zimmer, Ann Macleod, Marilyn Cook
Not in attendance: Barbara Brett and Nancy Miller

Financial Report:
We have $100,687 in the bank.
a.) $1,700 in receivables.
b.) Trash Service has increased by $2.00 per month/$6.00 per quarter.
c.) This next billing we will have to bill for the last quarter trash increase; so you will see $12.00 additional for trash on your next invoice.
d.) For those of you that have paid your invoices late, you will notice that interest charges have been applied. The association charges interest for late payments and those charges must be paid.

Backflow Progress:
a.) We only have 2 people on the no response list.
b.) 7 homeowners have no device; but are in the process of getting one installed.
c.) Approximately 15 homeownerÕs have devices that are not adequate. We are working with each homeowner to have the correct devices installed.

Architectural Issues:
Nothing to report.

Next Meetings:
Annual Meeting Tentatively February 26 2013. Dinner is at 6 Ð 7. Meeting starts at 7.
Next meeting is January 15, 2013 at Jay Leavitt home at 7 pm.
