Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Meeting
May 20, 2013

Meeting called to order 7:09 at the home of Ann Macleod

In attendance: Barbara Brett, Nancy Miller, Ron Wolfe, Pat Henry, Marilyn Cooke, Scott Leslie, Frank Chudy, Ann Macleod, Susan Zimmer

Frank will stay on as President. Ron Wolfe will be alternate.

Financial Report:
$115K in the bank.
We have $65K in a money fund.
Our receivables are $2,700.
We have no bills to pay.

Back Flow Progress:
2 people with no device. One of those homes having their backflow device installed this week.
12 people with the wrong device. 3 of those are schedule to be upgraded. All the rest have had messages left between the May 11th and the 13th. Deadline is June 15th for having the correct device installed and inspected.

2013 Annual inspections will begin after June 15th.

Tim Whitsitt - His services are no longer being used. Tim's total bill for services rendered for both hearings were $16,900.
We had donations from neighboring subdivisions for $8,000. The board wants to extend a hearty thanks to Lois Evans and all other homeowners that worked so hard for this effort. AMHA spent $8.900.

New Business:
Hydrant flags are coming down this week.
We will contact David Boyle to dig up the thistle around the water tanks
