Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Meeting
July 1, 2013
Meeting called to order at 7:13 pm.

In attendance: Ron Wolfe, Frank Chudy, Nancy Miller, Susan Zimmer, Scott Leslie, Pat Henry, Barbara Brett.

Financial Report:
We have $99,618 in the bank.
We have receivables of $1,314.

Back Flow Update:
a.) We have 2 homeowners that have the wrong device installed and need to comply.

b.) We have some homeowners in the process of finalizing the installation of the correct new device and then we are ready to start our annual inspections for 2013.

c.) At least now after 2 years of work we all have a device and most have the correct high hazard device. Protecting our water system is the AMEHOA Board's # 1 priority!
