Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Meeting
August 26, 2013
Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm.

In attendance: Frank Chudy, Barbara Brett, Marilyn Cooke, Pat Henry, Ron Wolff, Susan Zimmer, Nancy Miller, Scott Leslie and Ann Macleod

Financial Report:
a.) We have $99,000 in the bank. We have $1,400 in receivables and all bills are currently paid.

Block Party:
Will be on Sept 22 from 4-7 at the bottom of the culdesac on Caballo. We will have a dumpster brought in. Please note the following are not allowed to be "tossed in" the dumpster, they all require special handling and it is your responsibility to dispose of these items on your own:
No televisions, printers, computers, batteries, tires, paint. To dispose of a paint can it must be empty and dry on the inside, or the paint solidified. No hazardous items.

Back Flow Update:
a.) Currently we have 3 homeowners that are reported to have had the correct device installed. We are following up with these homeowners to get appointments with Michael for an inspection.
b.) As reported every year your back flow device will need to be inspected. These inspections will be on going throughout the year. You will be called when it is your turn to be re-inspected.
c.) The board is thrilled to be this close to having each and every homeowner having a certified back flow device installed. Thank you all for your cooperation.

Website:
We are looking at an addition to the website. We would like to add a "Quick Facts" area. A place you can reference to get answers to some frequently asked questions.

Architectural issues: Nothing to report.

New business: Nothing to report.

Next meeting is Sept 30 at Ann MacleodÕs house 7 pm.
