Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Meeting
November 25, 2013
Meeting called to order at 6:47 pm.

In attendance: Pat Henry, Susan Zimmer, Nancy Miller, Ann MacLeod, Ron Wolff, Scott Leslie, Marilynn Cook, Frank Chudy and Barbara

Brett.Homeowner Fred Wooden is in attendance to make the board aware of an infectious beetle that is in our neighborhood attacking our Pinyon trees. This beetle is the IPS Confuses Beetle and it is very present in our area. We are posting a report done by Aspen Tree Service for Fred on our website.
We are asking Aspen Tree Service to attend our Annual Meeting and do a presentation on this beetle and how we as homeowners can protect our trees.

Financial Report:
We have $109,000 in the bank.
We have receivables due of $1,870.00.

New Issue:
Roaming dogs are not permitted. Please call Eagle County if you are bothered by roaming dogs. Homeowners keep your dogs contained on your property.

Back Flow Update:
We are beginning our recertification process of all devices. This is free of charge to all homeowner's. This is a quick check to make sure things are working properly on your device and is required by the association and by the State of Colorado. Please help us to get this done in a professional timely manner. If a message is left by Michael, please return his call to schedule an appointment.

Annual meeting will be Feb 25, 2014 at the Eagle County Community Center. Dinner starts at 6, with the meeting at 7 pm.
