Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Meeting
September 30, 2013
Meeting called to order at 6:47 pm.

In attendance: Barbara Brett, Frank Chudy, Nancy Miller, Pat Henry, Ann Macloed, Ron Wolff, Susan Zimmer, Marilyn Cooke, Scott Leslied

Financial Report:
a.) We have $97,000 in the bank. All bills have been paid.

Water:
Homeowner Tim Young is present to discuss 2 issues with his water system
a.) In the summer when his irrigation system is turned on he has a "pinging" noise heard throughout the house. This has been happening since the new Badger water meter system was installed. The old water meter did not generate this noise. And if the irrigation is not running then there is no pinging. Unfortunately the irrigation system is turned off for winter so next spring we will give him a replacement meter and send his in for rebuild. Hopefully this will eliminate the "pinging" If not at that time we will discuss the next steps.

b.) Over the past 2-3 months they have experienced a loss in water pressure. They are concerned. Scott will put a pressure reader in the well house to read the pressure for a week and see if there is fluctuation. We discussed water pressure boosters. We will review the results of Scott's findings and come up with a plan from there.

Architectural issues:
a.) Fisher/Hause - These homeowners are requesting to have horses on their property. The consideration is under review. They are working with their neighbors to get approval.

b.) Bobby Cluck has submitted an application for additions in sequence. Story poles are going up to show the height of the roof proposal for review this week.

c.) Erica Golden - Has contacted us regarding purchasing and building on Lot 10. We will direct them to the website for the application for project review and let them know about view plane and the importance of not affecting your neighbors viewt

Block Party:

Back Flow Update:
All homeowners have a device. We only have one left to upgrade to the high hazard.
