Aspen Mesa Homeowners Association Meeting
January 8th , 2014
Meeting called to order at 7:15 pm.

In attendance: Scott Leslie, Barbara Brett, Pat Henry, Nancy Miller, Frank Chudy, Susan Zimmer, Marilyn Cook

Financial Report:
We have $108,000 in the bank.
We have $3,973.21 in payables. We have $47,000 in receivables.

Annual Meeting is Feb 25, 2014 Tuesday night at the Eagle County Community Center. Dinner is at 6 pm and will be catered by PJ and the meeting will start at 7 pm.
We will have a presentation on the IPS Beetle by Aspen Tree Service.
Raffle will be held for free AMEHA annual dues for a year. You must be present for the entire meeting to win.

Back Flow Yearly Inspections:
a.) You will be sent a reminder card for the month in which your annual inspection is due to take place.
b.) The card will have all the contact information for you to make your appointment for your free inspection.
c.) You have 30 days to schedule your appointment for your free inspection to avoid a 50.00 fine.

Architectural Issues:
Tuesday Weld's plan has been approved for a remodel.

Waters:
We had a water break on Sierra Vista just north of Escalante. We located the leak and it has been fixed.
A homeowner reported the leak which is much appreciated; if you are out and see what looks like a lot of excess water pooling you should call Scott Leslie or one of the board members.

Trash:
We have 67 homeowners with MRI

Board Members:
We have one member up for re-election.
