Aspen Mesa Estates Homeowners Association Meeting
May 19, 2014
Meeting called to order at 7:15 pm.

In attendance Ann MacLeod, Nancy Miller, Pat Henry, Susan Zimmer, Barbara Brett, Frank Chudy.

Financial Report:
We have $121,940.21 in the bank.
We have receivables of $913.45.
We have $840 in payables.

Water repairs :
We have an upcoming water pipe repair job in works. It is in the planning stages and is on Sierra Vista from Escalante to Fender. We will update you with more specific once the project is scheduled..

Back Flow:
All homeowners are required by the state of Colorado to have a backflow preventer device installed and inspected yearly.
We are happy to report that all of our homeowners have a device installed. Now it is just to keep up on the yearly inspections.
The inspection is free to the homeowners if you use Mike Josephson at Crystal River Backflow 303-720-9841.
The Board spends our time to send you a card to tell you when your inspection is due. Please be courteous and call to schedule your_ hour inspection.
When you as homeowners ignore these cards and miss your inspection time, you will incur a $50.00 fine. Fines are being assessed now.

Architectural Issues:
Nothing to report.

New Business:
We will plan the time for the dumpster at the next meeting.

Next meeting is scheduled for Monday June 23rd at Pat Henry's house.
