Aspen Mesa Estates Homeowners Association Meeting
June 23, 2014
Meeting called to order at 7:15 pm.

In attendance: Ron Wolff, Barbara Brett, Frank Chudy, Susan Zimmer, Nancy Miller, Ann MacLeod, Scott Leslie, Pat Henry and Marilyn Cook.

Financial Report:
We have $121,370.35 in the back with receivables of $689.00.

Water system:
The board has unanimously passed a motion to repair the main water line on Sierra Vista between Fender and Upper Escalante.
We will be getting bids on this project and will begin work asap

Board Change:
Frank Chudy announced his resignation as president of the AMHA Board of directors. His home is for sale and he will remain on the board until he sells but feels he should turn over the role of president to another board member.
Nancy Miller nominated Pat Henry. Barbara Brett 2nd the motion and the vote was unanimous in favor of Pat Henry. Pat Henry accepted the position.
The board would like to thank Frank Chudy for his many years of service to our association. He was very helpful and always did a great job. We wish him well and he will be missed.

Architectural Issues:
Nothing to report.

Next meeting August 11 at Pat HenryÕs home 7pm.
