Aspen Mesa Estates Board Meeting Minutes
September 29, 2014
Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm.

In Attendance: Pat Henry, Scott Leslie, Susan Zimmer, Nancy Miller, Marilynn Cook, Barbara Brett

Financials:
We have 112,212 in the bank.
We have not received bills for the repair to the water line. That bill should be about $80,000. .

Water Line repair:
Project has been completed. They have signs to be removed and a few dirt piles to be removed.

Water meter issues:
The two meters that are apparently offline will be checked by Pat Henry and Mike Josephson.

By Law revisions:
We are spending time reviewing the current by laws.
