Aspen Mesa Estates Board Meeting Minutes
November 10, 2014
Meeting called to order at 7:04.
In attendance Pat Henry, Scott Leslie, Susan Zimmer, Marilynn Cook, Ann MacLeod

Financials:
We have $41, 166 in the bank.
We have receivables of $5,541.

Back-Flow:
We are no longer using Crystal River Backflow LLC to do the yearly backflow inspections.
We are working with a new licensed and certified backflow inspector; Atlas Backflow.
He will be $10.00 more an inspection.
Ann has motioned to use Atlas Backflow at $10.00 more per inspection. Motion on the floor was unanimously approved at $80.00 per house.
In an effort to manage the program more efficiently we will be testing ALL BACKFLOW DEVICES over a 3 month time period. We will do this being 2015 over the months of April, May and June.
All inspections are on hold until April 2015. Remember the cost of this inspection is included in your annual dues. There is no fee to be paid at the time of inspection.

Water line update:
The replacement on Sierra Vista is now fully completed.
We had a water leak at 725 Escalante. That was a service line leak between the main and the service shut off valve. This leak has been fixed.

Next meeting is on Monday January 12, 2015. Meeting is at Scott Leslie's home.
Annual meeting will be held on February 23, 2015 at the Eagle County Building in El Jebel.
Dinner will be served at 6 and the meeting will start at 7.
