Aspen Mesa Estates Board Meeting Minutes
January 12, 2015
Meeting called to order at 7:13.
In attendance: Pat Henry, Barbara Brett, Susan Zimmer, Marilynn Cook, Nancy Miller, Scott Leslie.

Financials:
We have $38,505 in the bank and $52,188 in receivables.

Annual Board meeting: will be on Monday Feb 23, 2015. Dinner at 6:00, Meeting at 7:00.

We have 3 board positions that are up for renewal. All of these board members have asked to remain on the board. We also have 1 position open that a homeowner has expressed an interest in. Any interested homeowner that would like to join the board may voice that interest at the annual meeting and a vote will be held.

Architectural Issues:
We have one homeowner discussing a remodel and working on the paperwork to start the process..

This years Annual homeowners meeting is Monday Feb 23, 2015, catered dinner by P.J.'s Backdoor catering at 6, meeting at 7. It is again at the El Jebel community center.
