Aspen Mesa Estates Board Meeting Minutes
April 20, 2015
Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm.
In attendance: Mark Walker, Ann MacLeod, Susan Zimmer, Marilynn Cook, Barbara Brett, Scott Leslie, Nancy Miller, Pat Henry

Financial Report:
a.) In the bank we have $67,787.57.
b.) We have $8,455.66 in receivables
c.) All the bills are paid.

We are very concerned about our aging water system and we continue to discuss ways to raise capital by raising the dues or raising the cost of the water.

Discussion of Brain Stowell's request to bill and pay electronically. The association is not equipped for electronic billing or receiving of funds. It would cost the HOA more to provide this and at this time the board is not interested in pursuing this.

Back-Flow:
The testing is in process. Thank you to all of your who have had your backflow preventer inspected and to those who have their appointment scheduled.

We would like to push through this process. If you have not responded then you will be getting a visit from your local board member to schedule in person. Call soon or we will see you soon.

Sub Committee to rewrite bylaws has been formed:
Nancy Miller, Scott Leslie and Susan Zimmer will meet in May to look at some of these bylaws that need updating.

Next meeting on May 11 we will review the change to deposits that have been made in the past for clean up fees and re-vegetation.
