Aspen Mesa Estates Board Meeting Minutes
May 11th, 2015
Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm.
In attendance: Susan Zimmer, Pat Henry, Nancy Miller, Scott Leslie, Barbara Brett, Mark Walker

Amendment to the Architectural Guidelines :
A motion was made for 2 fees to be added to the bylaws. Nancy Miller 2nds. Construction clean up for $750.00 and $750.00 for re-vegetation, refundable upon a site inspection.

Motion was made for 6 month time-frame after issuance of certificate of occupancy for construction site cleanup and re-vegetation to be completed and if completed deposit will be refunded.

Motion passed unanimously.

Architectural Committee:
Colleen / Tom Fisher are adding solar panels to their garage on the roof.

Ted Buettner will be adding a fence that meets HOA guidelines "putting up a rail fence."

All homeowners please remember that any changes you plan on making to your home including paint and roof changes need to be approved by the architectural control committee.

Back-Flow:
Back flow update with Jim Ð He has completed approx. 70 homes and has 9 more scheduled. Thank you all for your cooperation. The board will be contacting those who are not responding to him.

Pump # 1 broke. Scott has sent it out for repairs and our hope is that it is repairable.

We are discussing ways to raise capital.
