Aspen Mesa Estates Board Meeting Minutes
June 22, 2015
Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm.
In attendance Barbara Brett, Susan Zimmer, Nancy Miller, Marilynn Cook, Mark Walker and Scott Leslie

Financial Report:
We have $57,198 in the bank. All bills are paid.

Back Flow:
We have tested 62 homes. 38 have not responded to Jim.

The board members have divided up those 38 homeowners and we will contact you personally to make sure you have the phone # 970-274-1402 for Jim Jochem and that you understand this is a requirement by the State of Colorado to have this test performed. The test fee is part of your quarterly water billing so you will not be charged additionally for this. Having a working backflow device protects our water system.

The next phase of tests will take place July 14-17 and he can come as early as 7:30 am. The test takes only minutes to perform.

Broken pump update:
Scott is waiting for an update from the factory as to whether this pump can be rebuilt.

Discussion leads back to ways to raise our capitol to increase financials reserves. Discussion includes raising dues and special assessments.

Summer season is here:
Reminder: No open fires are allowed in our subdivision. Please refer to our deed restrictions and covenants that strictly state no open fires shall be permitted.

Block Party:
Mark you Calendars: Sunday September 13. We will have catered party and a dumpster. Location TBD. More details to follow.
