Aspen Mesa Estates Board Special Meeting
August 31, 2015
Meeting called to order at 5:45 pm.

In attendance: Nancy Miller, Marilynn Cook, Scott Leslie, Barbara Brett. Held at Barbara Brett's home.
Also in attendance is Lu Ann Craig to interview for bookkeeping position which was vacated by Ann MacLeod's resignation.

Thank you to Ann for her thorough, diligent hard work for the past 5+ yrs. Ann is familiar with Lu Ann as is Mark Walker and Sue Zimmer. After reviewing her resume and discussing duties, hours needed, pay rate and references, Barbara made a motion to hire Lu Ann which was seconded by Nancy Miller. All in favor.

There was also discussion regarding open fires in the subdivision. This subject has been brought to our attention before. It is clearly stated in the Deeds and Covenants section 11 that no open fires are permitted at any time. The only outdoor flame permitted is strictly limited to an enclosed barbecue for the sole purpose of food preparation.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:50.
The next scheduled meeting will be Sept. 28 at Mark Walker's.
