Aspen Mesa Estates Board Meeting
December 7, 2015
Meeting called to order 7:10

In attendance: Scott Leslie, Barbara Brett, Nancy Miller, Mark Walker, Marilynn Cook, LuAnn Craig and Pat Henry.

Financial Report:
We have $69,949.41 in bank. All bills are paid and we have a receivables balance of $4414.22 outstanding.

Backflow:
We are finally 100% compliant in the Backflow program. Thank you all for your participation.

Various:
It has been brought to our attention that there have been complaints and various issues regarding homes that are rented out. It is imperative that the homeowner is aware and forthcoming with the HOA in regards to the number of renters that live in the home. We also must have contact information for the management companies used. It is necessary for the residents to have specific knowledge as to where backflow devices, meters, and power sources are in case of any concern or emergency.

There have been numerous complaints about open fires. NO FIRES ARE ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THIS SUBDIVISION UNLESS THEY ARE IN A BBQ IN FOOD PREPARATION. A COMPLETE COPY OF COVENANTS ARE SHOWN ON OUR HOA WEBSITE ASPENMESAESTATES.COM.

Marilynn Cook will be helping to organize board manuals as many items have changed over the years. We will add any newly amended by-laws, etc. all of which are on the website.

We will address horse property guidelines and restrictions. We will keep homeowners informed as to any potential changes in this matter.

The annual homeowners meeting will be Monday February 22 at the El Jebel Eagle County Building.
