Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
May 16, 2016
Meeting called to order at 7:20 pm

In attendance: Mark Walker, Marilynn Cook, Barbara Brett, Susan Zimmer, Pat Henry, Scott Leslie.

Financial Report: We have $101,831.74 in the bank.
We have accounts receivable of $6,000.

We have some complaints from a couple of homeowners that are past 90 days late and were billed an additional $50.00 for late fines. The board discussed this policy and decided no change at this time. We will revisit this again.

All bills are paid.

Back flow updates: We have received a quote from Valley Garbage Solutions for $25 a month. We have put a motion forward to approve Valley Garbage Solutions on the condition that they will work with our book keeper on the billing. We also want our book keepers input after she speaks with their accounting team.

We are looking because our current garbage service continues to increase costs. In addition to reducing costs Valley Garbage has only 1 truck for garbage and recycling. They will provide us with a garbage can and ask that all recycles be rinsed and put into a plastic bag. We are asking about bear proof cans.

Barbara made the motion and Marilynn Approved.

Other: We will be looking at purchasing a new laptop computer for the meter reading system. We are asking the meter reading company for their recommendations and our current meter reading person.

We are also looking at solar options via Holy Cross solar farm and/or panels at our well house. .

Nest meeting is June 20 at Pat Henrys house 6:30. Meeting adjourned 8:42
