Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
June 20, 2016
Meeting called to order at 7:20 pm

In attendance: Mark Walker, Marilynn Cook, Barbara Brett, Susan Zimmer, Pat Henry, Scott Leslie.

Financial Report:
a.) We have $98,232.41. We have $2,683 in receivables.

Billing:  
a.) We are having a problem with homeowners claiming that they have not received their bills

.b.) In the next billing we will provide a self-addressed postage paid card for you to fill out with your current contact information. This will include your mailing address, email and telephone numbers. Filling this out for us will really help us get you your bills on time.

c.) We would like to remind all of the homeowners; mostly those that do not pay on time that if you pay your bills on time there will no incurring of fines.

Back flow:
a.) There are still a few devices that have not been inspected. We really need all homeowners to call Jim and schedule your appointment. 970-274-1402. EMAIL AtlasBackflow@gmail.com

b.) The board members are gathering a list of homeowner's that are still outstanding and we will be contacting you directly.

Water meter computer:
a.) The laptop computer is failing. We have a committee that work with National Meter to see what options we have to replace or upgrade the computer. The committee will be working on this over the next few weeks. We will keep you posted.

Trash:
a.) MRI - We pay $81.00 per quarter and MRI will increase $99.00.

b.) The board members are gathering a list of homeowner's that are still outstanding and we will be contacting you directly.

c.) We will keep you all posted on our start date.

Trash:
a.) The Millers are building a small shed.
