Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
September 6, 2016
Meeting called to order at 7:01 pm

In attendance: Susan Zimmer, Scott Leslie, Nancy Miller, Mark Walker, Marilynn Cook, Pat Henry and Lu Ann Craig

Financial Report: as of 8/31/16
We have $100,690.00 in the bank.
We have receivables of $2,757.15 due.

Trash Collection:  
As you probably know we have not changed trash companies. MRI would not let us out of our contract.
We have decided to continue with them until our contract expires next year and discus again at that time. They have honored our initial agreed upon $25.00 a month fee.

Water Meter Computer update:
This meter reading went fine. We are pretty sure within the year we will be buying new computers, software and equipment to read our meters. The committee is still investigating the best things to meet our needs.

Chickens:
We had a homeowner inquire about having chickens and as a board we said no.
