Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
April 4, 2017

Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm.

In attendance, Mark Walker, Tom Fisher, Scott Leslie, Lu Ann Craig, Barbara Brett, Pat Henry, Susan Zimmer, Marilynn Cook and Yayoi Wakabayashi.

Financial Report:
We have $134,427 in the bank as of 3/31/25017.

All bills are paid.

Trash Collection:
The transition is in place. MRI will be collecting the cans so please leave them out.

This has been a tedious, ongoing process. We will list all non- compliant members in our minutes and give them 30 days to comply before we start the process of shutting the water off. All homeowners must also have a properly working device. If your device failed you must replace that device, have the new one installed and inspected and you must send the board the paperwork showing that your new device is compliant. The device is a Febco 850.

Those homeowners are: Campise, Hjelle, Sullivan, Skutley, Proznek, Limongielli, Metcalf, McKie, Levey, Macloed, Ransford.

The 2017 back flow inspection process will begin again in April.

Back Flow Report::
We have 2 homes that have not had their back-flow device inspected. We will be sending certified letters to the 2 homeowners that water shut off procedures will begin. That gives those homeowners 10 days upon receipt of the certified letter before we start the shut off procedures. Those homeowners are Skutley and Hjelle.

A homeowner needed to replace the backflow device and was able to purchase one at Lowes for considerably less than plumbers generally charge.

Water Issues:
On April 5, we will be having crews in the area checking for water leakage issues. We do not have any leaks that we know of.

A Motion was made and passed that a particular homeowner will be asked to comply with the standard water connection procedure. This homeowner will be notified this week. .

Meeting adjourned at 8:20. Next meeting is Monday May 8 at Susan Zimmer's home.
