Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
May 8, 2017

Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm.

In attendance: Mark Walker, Tom Fisher, Scott Leslie, Lu Ann Craig, Pat Henry, Susan Zimmer, Marilynn Cook

Financial Report:
As of 4/30/2017 we have $130, 636.34 in the bank.
All bills are paid. We paid a large bill for the Basalt Water Conservancy District and Western Colorado Hydrant.
We have $7188.12 in receivables due.

Water Issues:
We have a huge leak. We are in the process of finding it. Please limit your water usage until we can find it. We will let you know when it's found..

Trash Collection:
We do not have to put recyclable items into plastic bags. You can put your rinsed and clean recyclables directly in the bin.

Back Flow:
ItÕs that time of year. We already have 12 done. 20 scheduled so expect your call soon and please return the call and schedule the inspection. Remember this is a state law and must be done every year.

Water Meters:
We are still looking at the systems.
