Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
June 26, 2017

Meeting called to order at 7:07 pm.

In attendance: Mark Walker, Tom Fisher, Scott Leslie, Lu Ann Craig, Barbara Brett, Susan Zimmer, Marilynn Cook

Financial Report:
We have $123,952.88 in the bank.
Currently we have $1,761.29 in receivables due.

Back Flow:
54 homes have been inspected, which is roughly half.
Please note if you have a back-flow device on your irrigation system and have it inspected, that is done at your expense. The HOA only pays for the back-flow preventer that is connected to the association water system.

The next round of homeowners will be called this next week. Please respond to Jim to schedule your appointment when he calls.

Water Computer update:
No update. We are trying to get answers and will continue to follow-up.

Water Tanks:
We have a tank that has not been used in a while. It is currently in need of some repairs. These repairs have been on the board's list for some time. We have asked Scott to start looking at what those costs would be.

Possible new fire hydrant:
Scott will gather costs for installing a new hydrant close to the intersection of Sierra Vista and Fender.

New Business:
We have seen some "new" baby fawns in the neighborhood. Please watch your speed as we had a report of a fawn laying in the street. Barbara will investigate the costs for some additional signs warning of deer and see what that entails to get the county to put those up.

We have had a request from a homeowner to remind fellow homeowners to keep your yards cleaned up. Some of the homes have "stuff" lying about that is making properties look shabby.

HOA Yard sale will take place on August 5 from 8-1:00 at Pat Henry's home. Look for more information coming your way on this via constant contact.

Next Meeting Monday Sept. 11 7:00 at Pat Henry's home.
