Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
November 6, 2017

Meeting called to order at 7:04 pm.

In attendance: Pat Henry, Tom Fisher, Barbara Brett, Mark Walker, Scott Leslie in attendance. Sue Zimmerman and Marilynn Cook unable to attend.

Financial Report:
We have $134,424.27 in our account. All bills are paid..

Back Flow:
We have only 6 homes that are yet to be compliant with backflow, but appointments are made and we will have 100% by the end of the month of Nov.

We have ordered our new meters for the water system. We will take delivery after Jan. 1, 2018 and will require all homes to have their new meters installed by March 15, 2018 at no additional charge to homeowners. We will announce installation periods in our Jan. billing and ask that everyone make their appointments as soon as possible. All homes must have HOA approved meter installed.

Curbside Composting:
We have been told about curbside composting that is available for a fee of $18.00 per month. As an HOA we will not pursue this, but you may contact Evergreen Zero Waste at 970-340-8148.48.

New Construction - Approved new construction will begin at 131 Escalante

Annual Meeting - Scheduled for Monday, Feb. 12, 2018. Dinner will be provided by Backdoor catering at 6p.m. Meeting starts at 7. We will, as always, have a year's annual dues as a bonus for a winning homeowner.
