Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
January 8, 2018

Meeting called to order at 7:03 pm.

In attendance: Mark Walker, Scott Leslie, Barbara Brett, Pat Henry, Marilynn Cook, Yayoi Wakabayeshi, Susan Zimmer, Lu Ann Craig.

Financial Report as of 12/31/17:
We have $138.278.18 in the bank.
We have receivable's due of $13,799.67.

Water Computer Update:
We will be buying a new radio transmitter that will be installed onto the existing water meters. These are called "Registers".

We will be tying the installation of these into all homes with the annual back flow device inspections.

We are currently looking at purchasing software that will take the meter reading and calculate the amount due based on the different tiers of water usage.

The installation process will start in April and all devices must be installed by the end of June in order for us to do the water meter reading.

For those 2nd homeowners that will not be here at that time, we need to have contact information for someone who can let us in to do this work.

The water meter registers will be approximately $41,145.00. The billing software will be $500.00 to purchase and $99.00 a month.

Back Flow Update:
For 2017 all preventer's have been inspected.

Past Due We have 2 homeowners that are past due 90 days

A motion was made to send a certified letter to Prozneck and Campise informing them of our intent to turn the water off. A second was made as well and all members voted in favor of this.

Upon receipt of the letter the homeowner's have 10 days' time to get current with their account or we will begin the process of turning off the water. The county will also be notified.

HOA Annual meeting Feb 12, 2017 at the Eagle County Building. Dinner is at 6, meeting will start at 7 pm.

Raffle at the end of the meeting for one year of free dues.

AMHA Board members up for re-election Mark Walker, Susan Zimmer, Marilynn Cook are up for re-election They are all interested in staying on the board but seats are available if a homomer is interested.
