Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
March 31, 2018

Meeting called to order at 5:20 pm.

In attendance: Scott Leslie, Yayoi Wakabayeshi, Barbara Brett, Lu Ann Craig, Tom Fisher, Mark Walker, Susan Zimmer, Pat Henry, Marilynn Cook

Financial Report:
As of March 31, 2018 - We have $175,473.24 in the bank.

We have a bill of $20,800 for National Water Meter to pay.

Water Computer Update:
Meter registers and connectors are here and the tools to install. The register's will be replaced at the same time Jim Jochem does the yearly back-flow inspections. We will be sending out information on contacting Jim 970-274-1402 to make arrangements for these to be installed. We will be very persistent if you do not respond.

Water leak on Paseo - We had a leak the last week of March. Big thanks to Scott Leslie for fixing this break in a matter of hours.

Water Meter Update:
The "registers" have been ordered. They should be here in March.

New Water Project:
Pressure reducing valve on Vega & Vaquero has failed and we will need to replace it. The cost will be about $6,000. Pat put a motion forward to purchase a new valve and the motion was approved.

We are looking at moving an air vac on the main line off Stewart Edgerly's property on Escalante.

New Construction:
Stewart Edgerly has broken ground on Escalante.

Follow up from Annual Meeting: Dog issue
Pat spoke with the homeowner that owns the dog that was off lease and two of our homeowners had bad encounters with. The homeowner will be more responsible and understands the sheriff will handle the next calls.
