Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
May 21, 2018

Meeting called to order at 7:06 pm.

In attendance: Susan Zimmer, Scott Leslie, Tom Fisher, Pat Henry, Lu Ann Craig, Mark Walker, Barbara Brett, Marilynn Cook, Yayoi Wakabayeshi

Financial Report:
As of May 21, 2018 we have $107,056.18 in the bank
All bills are paid to date..

Water line Relocation:
We completed the relocation of an air vac on the main line off Stewart EdgerlyÕs property on Escalante. Cost to move that was $28,000.

Back Flow and Water meter registers update:
a.) We have 78 homeowners that have had their inspections done and their meter registers replaced. Thank you.

b.) We are working on identifying those homeowners that have not had their back-flow device inspected and their water meter register changed out. We will be placing letters on your mailboxes and contacting you to call Jim to schedule. Please call Jim at 970-274-1402 to plan to have that done.

New Business:
Stuart LaCroix will build a carport attached to their existing garage.

Dan Popish is considering an addition. No plans submitted.

Neighborhood watch Ð We will investigate what it takes to organize and have a neighborhood watch committee. More to follow.

Next meeting on June 18 will be at Mark Walkers in which we will be discussing the water meter and backflow inspection project before the due date of June 30.
