Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
June 18, 2018

Meeting called to order at 7:12 pm.

In attendance: Susan Zimmer, Scott Leslie, Tom Fisher, Lu Ann Craig, Mark Walker, Barbara Brett, Marilynn Cook, Yayoi Wakabayeshi

Financial Report:
As of June 18, 2018 we have $96,470.51 in the bank.
All bills are paid to date.

Back flow & Meter Register Installation:
a.) We have 3 home's left to go. The deadline to have these water meter registers put in was May 31. For those of you that have not done this you can expect fines assessed.

b.) Yayoi is working hard getting the new computer software working together with the new meter system.

Trash:
a.) DO NOT put your garbage cans out until the day of trash pick-up. Trash cannot be put out the night before. This is common sense. We live in the mountains and we do not want bears in our neighborhood.

b.) Recyclables must be CLEAN. They are not acceptable dirty. Put your CLEAN recyclables out with your trash the day of trash pick-up..

Water Table:
a.) Our water position is ok so far. Please be mindful of your usage.
