Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
August 13, 2018

Meeting called to order at 7:12 pm.

In attendance: Pat Henry, Marilynn Cook, Yayoi Wakabayeshi, LuAnn Craig, Susan Zimmer, Tom Fisher.

Financial Report as of August 13, 2018:
We have $73,189.42 in the bank.
All bills are paid to date.
We have $8,113 in receivables due.

Water Meter Update:
All meters are installed. We want to thank all the homeowners for your cooperation with getting this done.
The meter reading was done on July 2.
The training has started and will continue. We are waiting for some additional software.

Water Updates:
1. An EPC Pressure reducing valve was installed at the corner of Vega & Vaquero. It is in and we are just working on adjusting the pressure.
2. We have one homeowner with a meter reading backwards. Scott is investigating.
3. Our wells are keeping up with our usage. Please continue to be smart with your usage. Both Carbondale and Aspen are on mandatory water restrictions. Maybe water 2 times a week.

The Sled Hill:
We are putting up posts and sign that says "NO MOTOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC" as car tracks are noticeable on the patch.

Trash Reminder:
Please remember we are NOT allowed to put garbage out on Sunday night.
