Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
October 1, 2018

Meeting called to order at 7:12 pm.

In attendance: Marilynn Cook, Susan Zimmer, Mark Walker, Tom Fisher, LuAnn Craig, Scott Leslie and Barbara Brett.

Financial Report as of August 13, 2018:
We have $59,400 in the bank.
We have receivables due of $2,672.

Water Meter Update:
The water meter update is complete. We have run some meter reading tests, and everything went well. We will read the meters officially 10/2.

New Construction:
Popish addition has been approved.
Mike Armstrong is approved to replace his windows.

New Business:
The EPA has asked every water system association in the state of Colorado to provide them with the following information for each home:
The year the home was built.
The plumbing materials that each home is constructed with.
This is a huge undertaking. The association's responsibility is to supply water to every home, but only to the curb stop. We are going to write a letter to the EPA telling them this is beyond the scope of responsibly of the association and it is too big of a project to handle for our small association.
This should buy us some time and we will keep you posted on the plan of action to accomplish this EPA mandate.

Dogs:
We must remind homeowners that dogs are not to run free in the neighborhood. We are having some issues with dogs in people's yards and we want to remind people that not everyone wants your dog in their yard.

Meeting adjourned to 8:22.
Next meeting Nov 12 and Mark Walker's house.
