Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
November 12, 2018

Meeting called to order at 7:12 pm.

In attendance: Barbara Brett, Susan Zimmer, Lu Ann Craig, Mark Walker, Tom Fisher, Marilynn Cook, Pat Henry.

Financial Report:
As of Nov 12, 2018 we have $74, 159 in the bank.
All bills are paid.

Water Leak Updates:
We have some homeowners that have water leaks detected. If you suspect you may have a water leak, please contact Yayoi for a test. Yayoi is willing to come to your home and help you run the test.

AMHA Annual Board Meeting is planned for February 25, 2019.
Dinner at 6 and meeting at 7 at the Eagle County Building.

New Business:
The board reviewed initial plans from Bob Bogner for a one car garage on the back side of his home. The preliminary plans are approved. Construction will proceed in the spring.
Lu Ann gave out new contact lists to the board members.
Lu Ann provided Fines and Fees to Barbara for posting to the website.

EPA Water Lead in Pipes project:
We are still working on our reply to this situation.

Storage on your property:
We have had some complaints about excess "stuff" on properties. Please see attached a reminder list the board put together last year to help you with some of these items.
