Aspen Mesa Homeowners Meeting:
January 13, 2020

Meeting called to order at 7:08. pm.

In attendance: Pat Henry, Tom Fisher, Mark Walker, Danny Popish, Barbara Brett, Mary Leslie.

Financial Report:
Financial report: We have $115,626.93 in the checking account.
Accounts receivable due is $65, 712.03.

Water Leak:
We had a leak on Paseo. It was located and repaired by Piffer. No problems for surrounding neighbors.
Yayoi Wakabayashi is looking for help with quarterly billing and meter reading.
There is a spot that is appearing to be a leak on Sierra Vista and Pinion We will have that checked.

Bear Proof trash cans:
We are exploring bear proofing our trash cans. We have discussed that during hibernation people put there cans out on Sunday night, but you cannot do that most of the year.

Please be aware of speed in the subdivision.

Please be poop aware when walking your dog. There is far too much being left behind.

The annual meeting will be held at a new location: The Element Hotel in Willits a7 7:00 Feb 11, 2020. We will have pizza at 6:00.
