Aspen Mesa Homeowners Annual Meeting:
June 1, 2020

Meeting called to order at 7:05. pm.

Meeting via Zoom: In attendance: Tom Fisher, Yayoi Wakabayashi, Danny Popish, Pat Henry, Mark Walker, LuAnn Craig and Susan Zimmer.

Financial report 5/31/2020:
We have $151,535.29 in the bank.
We have $3,462 in receivables due.
All bills are paid to date.

Back Flow Inspections:
Please call Jim Jochem at 970-274-1402 if you are comfortable having your device inspected at this time. We will all still need to have our device inspected this summer. Jim is available to test at this time and will use the "new" standard precautions when entering your home.

Architectural Issues:
We are reviewing the architectural control guidelines to make sure they are current.
The committee will be visiting 375 Escalante to review the plans for some site changes.

Weeds by Water Tanks:
I got approval from EPC to use a vinegar, epsom salt and dawn liquid mix around the tanks. I use it on weeds in my field and it knocks the thistles out. I went up to the tank 10 days ago and sprayed all the thistles I could find. It took me about 30 minutes. I did not find very many. I think the dry year has limited them. I went up again today to check thistles and again did not find many. I did not respray today. I think this is a better way to go than having them dug out by a crew. I would propose we pay someone to spray every week to 10 days. I think it would be cheaper and more effective than digging. If any Board member interested in being a paid sprayer, let me know.

Next meeting July 6, 2020. Place is TBD.

Meeting adjourned at 7:40 pm.
