Aspen Mesa Homeowners Annual Meeting:
July 6, 2020

Meeting called to order at 7:08. pm.

In attendance: Mark Walker, Tom Fisher, Pat Henry, Danny Popish, Barbara Brett, Mary Leslie, Susan Zimmer, LuAnn Craig.

Financial report 5/31/2020:
We have $143,945 in the bank.
We have $5,254 in receivables due.
All bills are paid to date.

Fire Hydrant Repair:
We will be issuing a repair bill to the homeowner that ran into a fire hydrant. The repair has been completed.


Late Payments:
We will be contacting the homeowners that are over 90 days late. We will ask them to get current or we will begin the water shut off notification process.


Architectural Control Guidelines:
Tom Fisher is reworking the landscaping section of the architectural control guidelines.

New Business:
The lot on Paseo has been sold.

We have been approached by a homeowner that would like to buy a small piece of the adjacent homeowner's land. We have instructed them to approach the County and see what criteria is needed to adjust the lot boundary and redraw the Platte lines.

The Pendergast's would like to build a split rail fence. The fence does not define the property line. This fence meets the criteria of the architectural guidelines and is approved.

Website:
Our website has been hacked. You have to use the full address www.aspenmesaestates in the search bar to get to it. We are working on getting this fixed.
A motion was put forth and approved to add a $67.00 expense a year to add extra security to our website.


Water Report:
The 2019 Water report has been posted to the website.

Old Business:
We are scheduling an appointment to discuss the revegetation plan for the Brisson property.
The Ricky property on Escalante is proceeding with adding some dirt to the property. No structures are being built.
We have 3 board members that will serve on the Architectural Control Committee: Barbara Brett, Danny Popish and Tom Fisher will serve as members of this committee.

Weeds:
Pat Henry continues to spay weeds by the water tank. He is making good progress with the solution of vinegar, Epson salt and dawn.

Lose dogs in neighborhood:
Please keep your dogs on your property unless you are walking them. While walking them please be in voice command control of your dog. We have had reports of dogs chasing the deer.
