Aspen Mesa Estates HOA Special Meeting:
November 15, 2020

Meeting called to order at 6:10pm.

In attendance: Susan Zimmer, Pat Henry, Barbara Brett, Tom Fisher, Mark Walker, Danny Popish and LuAnn Craig.

Financial Report:
We have 157,590 in the bank.
We have receivables due of $14,289.51

New Construction:
The ACC committee has received plans for the property on Sierra Vista. They are reviewing the plans along with the material board.

Back Flow:
We have had very few homeowner's have their back flow preventor inspected. By law, our HOA is required to have every home inspected every year. Please call Jim at Atlas backflow to schedule your very brief inspection 274-1402. This test is included in your water billing. The HOA board will start taping flyers to the mailboxes of those owners that are not compliant.

Chicken Survey:
We have 70 votes turned in. We have 36 outstanding votes. 39 votes for chickens and 31 against. Our by-laws state that to pass you need 2/3 of the votes in favor. That means to pass, 33 of the outstanding 36 need to be a yes vote. Will keep you posted.
