Aspen Mesa Estates HOA Special Meeting:
January 11, 2021

Meeting called to order at 7:04pm.

In attendance: Barbara Brett, Pat Henry, Mark Walker, Lu Ann Craig, Mary Leslie, Susan Zimmer Yayoi Wakabayeshi and Stephanie Williams. Meeting held via Zoom.

Financial Report:
We have 154,284.96 in the checking account
$10,344.99 in a money market account.
We have $69,000 in receivables due.
We have $595.00 in accounts payable.

Annual HOA Meeting:
We have decided to reschedule the annual meeting to a time later in the year when we can meet in person. We will advise a meeting date when we are in a safer COVID-19 time.

New Construction:
We have received some initial inquiries for the lot on Paseo. The ACC is reviewing.

Back Flow Update:
We were not able to have every home inspected this year. This is unfortunate. Every home must have their backflow device inspected by the State of Colorado yearly. We will pick this back up again in June and will target to be finished by August. We will issue fines to those homeowners don't have their device inspected.

Chickens:
The chicken vote was 30 yes votes short of passing. We had 42 yes votes and needed 72 to have a 2/3 approval of all homeowners to change the by-laws. Chickens are not allowed in Aspen Mesa Estates.

Tom Fisher has resigned from the board and we have approved Stephanie Williams as his replacement.
Stephanie is a real estate broker with Sotheby's and she will join the ACC committee as well.
We are excited to have her real estate background to add to the board.

Speeding:
We have some homeowners driving too fast. Please slow down.

Comcast should be online for our phones at the water tanks vey soon.
