Aspen Mesa Estates HOA Special Meeting:
April 22, 2021

Meeting called to order at 7:31pm.

Meeting held via zoom, in attendance:Danny Popish, Susan Zimmer, Barbara Brett, Mary Leslie, Pat Henry, Mark Walker, Stephanie Williams, and LuAnn Craig.

Financial Report:
We have $200,797.94 in the bank.
We have receivables due of $15,987.65.
We have very little payables.

We will be sending reminder notices to homeowners that are past 90 days late.

Back Flow:
You will be seeing notices via email and regular mail to instruct you on making your appointment for your backflow inspection this year. We will be doing inspections June -August. It is imperative this year that every homeowner get their backflow meter inspected. The inspection is free and is mandated for all HOA's with their own water system by the state of Colorado. We will institute fines for those that do not comply.

New Construction (ACC):
The Davis home on Sierra Vista is under construction. The Foster home on Escalante has approved plans. The Watts home on Paseo has approved plans. 377 Cabello plans are not approved yet.

Ascendigo Update:
Tours at the site are being offered 5/1. We encourage all interested to attend. Information on the tour times can be found on Nextdoor Digest. Pat put forth a proposal for a sign to keep Missouri Heights rural be put at the corner of Fender and Cattle Creek. Barbara seconded the proposal and all members voted to approve. The sign was approved.

Water alarm wires by the water tank will be buried soon.
