Aspen Mesa Estates HOA Special Meeting:
December 6, 2021


Board Member's in attendance:
Pat Henry, Mark Walker, Dan Popish, Mary Leslie, Lu Ann Craig, Barbara Brett, Yayoi by zoom

Addition to the agenda: Dog poop, dogs off leash, Dogs barking, speeding and paving the roads.

Financial Report as of 9/30/2021:
We have a balance of $219,419.
$4,493 in accounts receivable.
There are no major expenses since the last meeting
.

Paying bills by credit card and billing by email:

There is less than 5% of residents requesting email/credit card billing. Due to additional workload fees and additional bookkeeping fees, we would have to raise the bills to accommodate. At this time, we are not interested in pursuing this option.

New Construction (ACC):
There are three houses in the process of construction. Two are coming along nicely. One is still in the planning stage.


Annual Meeting date and agenda items:
The Annual Meeting is being set for Wednesday, February 16 at 7:00 pm. Information about the location and agenda will be posted later.


HOA Document Review:
In progress.


Bringing water tank(s) in service: (Mark)
We are researching water tanks #2 and #3 for preparation and repair to get at least one back in operation. We will get a bid from a local company.

Backflow:
100% of the homes have had their backflow preventer tested. Thank you!


Road resurfacing Committee:
We are still waiting for paving bids.


375 Escalante:
375 Escalante has made slight progress. Some excavating has been done, but there is a tremendous amount of construction material and two inoperable cars that need to be removed.

2455 Upper Cattle Creek Road:
Topsoil has been added and excavation has been done to address the rocks. Efforts will be made to prevent erosion by landscaping and seeding. It is an ongoing project.

Flume:
The install is easy and is very efficient.
