Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
April 3, 2023


Meeting called to order 6:09 pm

In attendance:
Mary Leslie, Mark Walker, Joe Nuzzarello, Sarah Bayer, Susan Zimmer, Stephanie Williams and Barbara Brett..

Financial Report:
We have $279,766.77 in the bank.
We have $8,639.43 in receivables due.
We have one bill of $103.00 to pay.

New Construction:  
The home on Caballo is still in "winter status"s.


Documents:
Continued review of questions and concerns that came out of annual meeting. Will be sending for attorney comments shortly.

New Architectural Control Committee:
Joe Nuzzarello has expressed interest in joining this committee but is planning on submitting plans for a garage. He will wait until after the plans have been reviewed and approved by existing ACC board before officially joining..

Twin Acres:  
The vote has been moved to July. They have pulled the special use permit due to inaccuracies in the application.

Water Tank update:
Nothing happening yet due to snow.

Backflow Schedule: 
The time is now for 2023 Back flow inspections. Please call Andy to schedule your inspection 970-274-1402. The yearly inspection timeline is April - June. If you are not inspected by 7/1, we will give you 30 days leeway. If you are not inspected by August 1 of the year, you will be fined $50.00 a month until you are compliant.

Flume.:
We cannot stress enough how great this device is. Several board members have these devices. In fact, Mark Walker had gone on vacation and had a leak. Luckily, the flume device notified his emergency contact of the leak and the water was able to be shut off before it ran the length of his vacation.


Road Signs:  
Going up as soon as we have some steady good weather.
